If the receptionist says “Access Denied” or “Card Not Accepted,” it is usually due to one of these three reasons:
Spend-Based Access (The New 2026 Rule): Many cards (like HDFC Millennia, IDFC Select, Axis MyZone) now require you to spend a minimum amount (e.g., ₹5,000 or ₹20,000) in the previous calendar quarter to unlock lounge access.
